Driveway and patio cleaning

Driveways and patios, brought back to bright.

Original cartoon: Stonebright’s exterior cleaner working on a sunlit patio.
Animated concept A clean, a closer look and a satisfied finish. An original cartoon, not a real property.

Measure your paving, see the sample sums line by line and send a test enquiry. When something needs a closer look, the estimate says so instead of guessing.

Stonebright is a fictional business made for this demonstration. Every figure is an illustrative sample, never a quotation.

What Stonebright would clean

Three ground-level surfaces, one sample rate each.

Concrete, block paving and sound slabs or hard stone. Each has one illustrative rate per square metre, applied to the exact area you measure.

  • Illustration of a concrete surface with a brushed finish and an expansion joint.

Illustrated, not photographed

An imagined patio, before and after.

Drag the slider or use the buttons to compare. The drawing shows the kind of dirt, algae and joint moss a clean deals with, without pretending to be anyone's real patio.

Illustration before cleaning: patio slabs darkened by dirt, algae and lichen spots, with moss in the joints.
Illustration after cleaning: the same patio slabs, clean and pale, with tidy joints.
Illustration The same imagined patio before and after cleaning. Both views are drawings made for this demonstration: not photographs, not a real customer's property and not a promise of any result.

How a clean would run

Measure, estimate, then look properly.

  1. Measure each area

One to three rectangles, 1 m to 20 m a side. Rough tape measurements are fine.

  2. See the sample sums

Cleaning for each surface, any heavy-soiling addition, joint sand and the minimum, line by line.

  3. Visit and confirm

A site visit checks the surface, its condition and the drainage, then sets the real scope and quote.

  4. One controlled pass

The clean is planned around the surface and where the water goes, then quietly inspected.

Honest limits

Some jobs need eyes on site first.

These answers turn the estimate into an assessment brief with reasons. No figure is shown, not even a zero.

  • Roofs, walls, steps and raised areasElevated work is outside this illustrative service.
  • Soft or delicate surfacesSoft stone, resin, tarmac and anything unfamiliar are seen in person.
  • Loose or damaged pavingCleaning can disturb it, so it is looked at first.
  • Unknown drainage or spillsWhere the water goes, and any oil, fuel or chemical spills, are checked before a clean is planned.
  • Unknown sizes or surfacesMeasured and identified on a visit rather than guessed.

What is outside this service

Ready when you are

Start with a sample estimate.

All it takes is a rough length and width for each area. You can send the result as a test enquiry afterwards.
